How do I measure my bracelet size?

Palermo bracelets

When you buy a bracelet online, you can't try it on first. So how do you know what size you need? Below, I'll explain how to measure your bracelet size.

Step 1: Let's start by measuring your wrist size. Don't worry, it's easier than you think! It's easiest to use a flexible measuring tape. Simply wrap the tape around your wrist, just below the bump, and see what size you get.

And here's a fun tip: If you don't have a flexible measuring tape, you can also use a piece of string or paper. Wrap it around your wrist, mark where it overlaps with a pen, and then measure that length with a ruler. It's that simple!

Step 2: Now you can start thinking about the fit you want. Depending on your preferences and the type of jewelry you have in mind, you can choose whether to wear thebracelet a little looser or a little tighter. Let's see how many centimeters you need to add for different styles.

  • Want a tighter bracelet ? Add 1.5 cm to the wrist circumference you measured in step 1.
  • For a looser bracelet, add 2 cm to your wrist circumference from step 1.
  • And if you like a wider bracelet, add 3 cm to your wrist circumference from step 1.

Here's an example to make it all even clearer:

Let's say you measured a wrist circumference of 17.5 cm in step 1, and you want your beautiful Murano glass bracelet to fit snugly around your wrist. Your perfect bracelet length would be: 17.5 cm + 1.5 cm = 19 cm.

It's that simple!
